Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations for our Naples, Florida store. You will unload, audit, and stage products to recover store inventory and ensure items are counted and inspected efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift experience is a plus, and strong written and spoken communication. You must be detail oriented, able to work in various weather conditions, and available for extended hours during peak

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures.
• Complete required department and equipment training ( forklift certified ).
