Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking an associate for warehouse support with a focus on pallet tracking, DOT log/audit compliance, and daily/weekly reporting. The role liaises with internal customers and handles return goods per customer direction for private fleet close-outs.

Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and PTO. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday night shift; compensation starts at $21.26/hr plus $1 shift differential totaling $22.26/hr.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of work within the facility to meet receiving and departure times while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize and adjust to immediate workload requirements.
• Communicate effectively to the team, customer, and other process partners via radio, phone, and email.
• Troubleshoot system issues and equipment problems for associates.
• Assist with daily/weekly operational reports.
• Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Work as a TEAM to accomplish goals and meet warehouse metrics.
• Maintain professionalism with management and co-workers.
