Job summary

Responsibilities include reconciling records, inputting shipment data, addressing shortages or damages, and supporting the end-to-end flow from receiving to shipping. Night shift with pay reflects a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete Receiving Certification.

Responsibilities

• Examine contents and verify accuracy against records (manifests, invoices, orders).
• Record correct counts and pallet types for PO completion.
• Enter shipment data into the system (weight, charges, space, damages).
• Maintain inbound counts for warehouse storage.
• Assist inventory through cycle/directed counting.
• Investigate shortages, overages, and damages and propose response.
• Monitor warehouse management system for open invoices.
• Support flow from receiving to shipping and communicate issues.
• Identify high-volume items during shipping and label pallets.
• Record discrepancies on bills of lading and inform management.
• Set up items/slots for efficient shipping/receiving.
• Recognize inventory hazards and ensure safe storage.
• Operate the warehouse management system and RF technology.
• Audit pick/reserve slots and maintain rotation.
• Ensure no rodent/pest activity in inbound shipments.
• Perform other daily/weekly/monthly tasks as described in SOP.
