Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience and/or training.
• Operate sizing equipment safely.
• Interpret written instructions for proper fluming procedures.
• Count, add, and measure in inches for samples.
• Communicate orally with team leader and shift manager.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Move up and down stairs and ladders.
• Work in confined areas.
• Work in varied environments for long periods.
• Work on slippery surfaces.
• Fall restraint standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Unload the raw product into designated bays and bins in an efficient, safe and timely manner.
• Safely pull inspection samples from each truckload according to procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the receiving area.
• Maintain an even flow of raw product from the receiving bays into the Plant.
• Operate equipment between bays and Form line bins.
• Keep rocks cleared from flumes and manage rock traps.
• Collect and evaluate elimination and re-elimination samples.
• Ensure sanitation operations meet Company Standards.
• Attend and participate in training activities for the position.
• Follow safe work practices to prevent injuries and comply with policies.
