Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with 5+ years of experience and trauma care background for a night shift assignment. You will perform diagnostic imaging across upper/limb, spine, chest, abdomen, and pelvis using O-ARM, PACS, and Epic systems.

The role requires ARRT (R) and BLS, state license if applicable, and a 50-mile local radius for rate eligibility. Night hours are 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, with no on-call duties.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) and BLS certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
• Trauma experience required.
• Experience in adult acute care, bedside/portable procedures, and adult outpatient settings required.
• Trauma Level II experience preferred.
• Proficiency in upper and lower extremity imaging, spine and pelvis imaging, chest and thorax imaging, and abdominal imaging.
• Fluoroscopy studies experience preferred, including barium swallow, contrast enema, and trauma cases.
• Knowledge of infection prevention, isolation precautions/PPE, and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Adult acute care setting including bedside/portable procedures and adult outpatient services.
• Night shift, Monday through Friday, 5x8 hours from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• No floating required.
• No on-call requirements.
• Uses O-ARM and PACS equipment.
• Epic charting system required.
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures across a range of anatomical regions including upper/lower extremities, spine, pelvis, chest, and abdomen.
• Scrubs of any color are accepted.
• Local candidates accepted at a rate differential.
• Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius to qualify for local rate.
• RTO must be submitted at time of application and no additional time off will be accommodated after submission.
• First-time travelers are not being considered for this position.
