Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with team members in production/industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of aggregate production, crushing, screening, conveying, or similar heavy operations.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and make sound decisions under changing production needs.
• Willingness to work night shift in quarry/heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate night shift quarry production activities to achieve safe, efficient operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture by reinforcing safe work practices and procedures.
• Monitor crushers, screens, conveyors, and other production equipment to maintain quality and performance.
• Coordinate work assignments and provide hands-on guidance to meet priorities and daily goals.
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
