Job summary

ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Quality Technician to support 3rd shift manufacturing. You will perform testing, inspections, and documentation to ensure products meet customer specifications, food safety requirements, and internal quality standards.

Responsibilities include COA/COC preparation, trend analysis, and supporting machine operators with QA questions. The role requires attention to detail and solid measurement skills, with GMP and SQF adherence on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in testing and documentation.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and unit conversions as part of QA testing.
• Read and interpret measurements using tape measures and standard gauges.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support production and QA requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for data reporting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to learn new procedures.
• Previous quality experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing such as COF, tensile, bond strength, and tear testing.
• Inspect, document, and report deviations and customer complaints.
• Prepare COA and COC documents for finished goods.
• Trend testing data and recommend process improvements.
• Support production operators with quality inquiries and material issues.
• Maintain accurate quality records and data reports for internal/external customers.
