Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Allentown, PA is seeking a Quality Technician II for the B Shift to partner with Quality, Operations and Maintenance on validation and verification tasks and to ensure use of the Food Safety Management System on nights.

The role requires a BS or AA in science or technical field, at least 3 years in a food/beverage/pharmaceutical environment, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand on the manufacturing floor is expected.

Qualifications

• BS or AA in science or technical field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a food/beverage/pharmaceutical environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform validation and verification activities on shift.
• Maintain and operate lab testing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMPs, HACCP/HARPC and food safety specs.
• Review paperwork and assist in plant trials.
