Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team in Newark, DE. This on-site role reports to the Senior Quality Engineering Manager and operates on night shift hours.

You will lead root cause analysis, operate lab equipment, create reports, and support new processes. Ideal candidates have an associate degree and 3+ years in a production environment, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in science or technical field preferred.
• 3+ years in a complex production manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead root cause analysis and communicate findings clearly.
• Willingness to adapt to change and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis and autopsy of components to correlate with product performance.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment to measure material and dimensional attributes.
• Create measurement and analysis reports for future reference.
• Communicate with Quality, Product Design, and process engineering teams.
• Support engineering with new processes and products, using data to target improvements.
• Assist manufacturing launches of new/revised products.
• Review processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Test machinery, tools, and equipment for new manufacturing methods.
• Ensure quality requirements are met across shifts and areas.
