Job summary

Bloom Energy seeks a Quality Specialist to join our Newark, DE team on a Fri-Sun, 6 AM-6 PM on-site schedule. You will lead root-cause analyses, operate lab equipment, and partner with engineering and product teams to drive quality improvements and manufacturing launches.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. Associate degree or equivalent in science/technical field preferred; 3+ years in a production environment; familiarity with engineering drawings and lean methods

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a complex production manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis and autopsy of critical components.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment to measure material attributes.
• Create measurement and analysis reports and catalog results.
• Collaborate with Quality, Product Design and process engineering teams.
• Support execution of new processes and product improvements.
