Jabil in Salt Lake City / Grantsville is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead Quality Inspectors and drive customer-ready results in a 3rd shift operation.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor performance, and implement training and 5S initiatives to meet production and quality objectives. The role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, and knowledge of quality systems; Jabil offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, quality, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Quality Inspectors and other assigned personnel.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Quality team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, development, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain training programs to ensure employees are qualified to customer and company requirements.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet production and quality objectives.
• Train and qualify inspectors to customer-specific quality standards and inspection requirements.
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support and guidance on inspection-related issues.
• Support 5S and workplace organization initiatives.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company procedures, and all safety, health, security, and operational standards.
