Ornua is seeking a Quality Technician for its North America operations in Wisconsin. You will perform quality assurance and food safety testing, reporting deviations and supporting product quality across production lines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or Chemistry degree preferred.
• GMP/HACCP knowledge and sanitation training preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate lab equipment.
• Check production lines for proper materials and labeling.
• Perform on-line testing (fat, moisture, pH) to meet specs.
• Generate reports on finished products after testing.
• Conduct weekly environmental swabbing and testing as needed.
• Demonstrate adherence to GMP and safety practices.
• Flex schedule across shifts to cover vacancies.
