Job summary

Viant Medical in Chicopee, MA is hiring a Quality Inspector for the night shift Fri–Sun, 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM. You will collect samples, perform visual QC, and document results to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requires a high school diploma (technical degree preferred) and experience reading drawings. Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and gauges is expected; on-site training and a defined career path are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings & specifications required.
• Proficient with measurement/test equipment and reading work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples at scheduled intervals from each machine.
• Perform visual Quality/ SPC testing on samples.
• Use gauges and inspection equipment to obtain spec data.
• Accurately record information per department format.
• Communicate with Machine Technicians, Operators and Supervisors to ensure quality products.
