Job summary

Allen Distribution is seeking a Quality Control Technician for the Custom Packaging department. This full-time, 3rd shift role reports to the Operations Manager and requires performing daily quality inspections, capturing results, and ensuring customer SOPs are followed throughout production.

The position supports safety, housekeeping and continuous improvement efforts. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate controlled environment, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality control in manufacturing.
• Ability to read SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality inspections during production and document results.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and guidelines for all work.
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails of inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
