Job summary

Allen Distribution is seeking a Quality Control Technician for the Custom Packaging department. You will help ensure daily work orders meet quality standards and customer SOPs.

The role runs on second shift, Monday to Friday, 3pm–11:30pm, with overtime as needed, and offers $19.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential when applicable. The position requires documenting audits, adhering to safety and quality guidelines, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have experience and be knowledgeable about food safety or willing to receive training.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to document and record findings legibly and timely.

Responsibilities

• Meet established hourly production standards and follow SOPs.
• Perform inspections and document results during production.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate issues to supervision.
• Ensure safe and orderly work area and promote teamwork.
