Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking an Auditor in Dallas, TX on the night shift (2:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m.) to audit completed orders for quality and accuracy before transport, ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous checks and safe operations.

You will certify orders for correct quantity and SKU, ensure banded units are secure, log daily audit data, and flag discrepancies to the order puller or supervisor while upholding PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform all essential functions including physical requirements.
• PPE and safe-work practices must be followed.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Certify orders are free of errors: correct quantity, correct SKU, and product quality.
• Ensure that all banded units are built tightly, and levelers effectively used for safe transport.
• Notify order puller of any errors before transport; inform supervisor of discrepancies, product quality, or safety issues.
• Record daily audited order information onto written and/or electronic logs.
• Prioritize high-priority orders during auditing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
