Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in a plastic extrusion operation as a supervisor, lead man, or highly skilled operator
• Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control tests as required.
• Ensure weights for production are recorded accurately.
• Review shift quality control inspection sheets for accuracy.
• Train new hires in quality practices.

• Maintain documentation and paperwork for QA processes.
• Calibrate equipment and tools as needed.
