Job summary

Techmer PM is hiring a QC Technician for its Rancho Dominguez, California facility. The role is on 3rd shift (9:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m., Monday–Friday) with training on 1st/2nd shift. Pay starts at $23.00 per hour and may increase with experience.

The QC Technician will ensure products meet quality standards through testing, color adjustments, and proper disposition of nonconforming items. Training will cover all QC procedures and lab equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of compounding or lab experience.
• Knowledge of color spectrophotometry (Xrite/DataColor or equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding, blown film, pellet melter, roll mills and fiber lines as applicable.
• Run analytical tests with spectrophotometer and other lab equipment.
• Perform inspections per Product and Process Specifications.
• Document COA and maintain QC files.
• Identify out-of-spec data and take corrective actions.
