Job summary

Pregis in Bethel, PA is hiring a QC Technician for a 7 PM–7 AM, 2-2-3 schedule. You will oversee packaging operations, monitor quality, and guide workflow to meet customer specs while controlling costs.

You will perform hourly inspections, address defects per SOPs, and support the team to maintain high product quality. Previous manufacturing QA experience is preferred; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment and/or inspection role preferred.
• Knowledge of packaging production SOPs and quality standards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document hourly inspections and run profile.
• Monitor mailer production for defects and report non-conformities.
• Train Packers on QA SOP and conduct regular quality audits.
• Collaborate with Packaging Team Lead to resolve issues.
• Communicate handoffs between shifts to ensure smooth transitions.
• Identify raw material defects and document lot codes.
