Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of related experience.
• No formal occupational training is typically required.

Responsibilities

• Inspection & Quality Control: Perform detailed defect inspections using the Olympus MX-50 microscope and other precision tools; conduct in-process inspections to verify product quality.
• Nonconformance Management: Identify nonconforming product and generate timely nonconformance reports; support investigations and corrective actions with engineering teams.
• Data & Documentation: Validate outgoing product data, maintain inventory in databases, and follow SOPs to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Teamwork & Operational Support: Work in a shift-based team to meet daily inspection and production quotas; follow a compressed 3x4 schedule with night shift differential.
