Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Lab Technician on the SFE Night shift in Twin Falls, ID. The role conducts sampling, quality grading, and data filing to ensure high-quality potato products for a global customer base.

Responsibilities include trend identification, communicating deviations to the team, and maintaining a clean, safe lab environment. Training for QA systems and safety is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, written and oral.
• Basic math skills and comfortable with data entry into QA systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data recording and reporting.
• Sanitation certification is required or will be provided/trained.

Responsibilities

• Collect, deliver, and test samples per plant procedures.
• Grade product per customer specs and file QA data accurately.
• Identify trends and communicate deviations to supervisors.
• Maintain clean work area and assist with additional QA duties as needed.
