Job summary

Lilly is seeking a QA Floor Support Specialist (Night Shift) in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. The role provides quality assurance oversight for GMP parenteral operations, including equipment prep, formulation, filling, and visual inspection.

You will ensure compliance, train personnel, and support regulatory inspections. Candidates should have strong communication, familiarity with SAP/TrackWise, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Completion of Post Offer Exam or Work Simulation if applicable.
• Ability to work overtime, as requested.
• All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA oversight to GMP operations in Parenteral areas.
• Review and approve GMP documentation such as logs and procedures.
• Perform daily Quality Checks and sample delivery to storage/lab.
• Support internal and external regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization.
