Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA organization for Parenteral start-up and ongoing operations.
• Provide technical and project leadership; review and approve documents.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements via a Quality by Design framework.
• Build site quality culture; support qualification, validation and production readiness.
• Recruit and develop diverse QA staff; manage up to 8–12 reports.
• Review GMP docs and support inspections; interact with regulators as needed.
• Foster data integrity and cross-functional collaboration across sites.
