Job summary

Lilly is seeking a skilled QC/Environmental Monitoring professional to support Parenteral Operations at the Kenosha County site in Wisconsin. You will perform environmental monitoring of classified manufacturing areas and assist with utility sampling and analysis, contributing to maintained GMP standards.

The role involves training QC-Microbiology technicians, working in a 24/7 environment with a night shift, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of environmental monitoring in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with viable and non-viable air monitoring, water testing, and clean steam analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring of classified manufacturing areas.
• Support QC-Microbiology management with training and mentoring.
• Assist with routine lab maintenance and inventory management.
• Assist with authoring SOPs and Work Instructions; ensure safety and compliance.
