Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical leadership with cross-functional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup and routine QA for parenteral operations at Kenosha site.
• Review and approve technical documents and deviations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QBD framework and compliance.
• Support development of quality culture and site QA strategy.
• Recruit and develop diverse QA leadership and staff.
• Manage 8–12 direct reports and promote safety and readiness.
• Oversee GMP documentation and regulatory inspection readiness.
