Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor for the PVC extrusion line in Dallas, TX. This night shift (7PM–7AM) reports to the Production Manager and leads production associates in a PVC pipe environment.

You will drive Lean Daily Management, coach teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while controlling labor and equipment utilization. A strong Lean background and supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with lean/manufacturing systems (Lean Daily Management or WCM).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams using Lean Daily Management to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Develop plans to engage and align the production team for peak performance.
• Coach and mentor team members, assign tasks, and manage cross-training.
• Optimize labor, materials, and equipment usage to meet production goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, schedules, and quality specs.
