Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a PVCO Production Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and supervise night shift personnel. You will drive performance, guide process improvements, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering to optimize equipment and processes.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, adherence to safety standards, and accountability for meeting production targets while minimizing waste in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience in PVC/PVCO extrusion operations preferred.
• 1–2 years in leadership or supervision.
• Strong understanding of production processes and workflow.
• Working knowledge of safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
• Familiarity with SAP, SPC, or production reporting systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and team leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
• Lead adherence to Westlake safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct shift meetings, safety training, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Drive root cause problem solving using structured improvement tools.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and line performance to optimize efficiency.
• Complete production documentation including shift reports and SAP data.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the team.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering on equipment improvements.
• Lead changeovers with minimal production disruption.
• Coach and develop team members; manage attendance and other HR tasks.
