Job summary

Daikin Applied in Faribault, MN is seeking a night-shift manufacturing associate on D Shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with overtime opportunities. Starting wage is $31.04/hour.

The role includes setting up tools, TPM, ink jet printing, and panel bending while ensuring quality and safety in a climate-controlled facility. You will read blueprints, measure parts, adjust programming, and train new members, all while tracking production and adhering to HOMESafe and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand written English.

Responsibilities

• Make adjustments to ensure proper machine function and perform minor maintenance.
• Operate ink jet printer and set up panel bender.
• Manage night-train inventory storage and retrieval system.
• Use computer to manage up time sheets, run schedules and related tasks.
• Follow safety and quality procedures and observe 5S in the work area.
