The Laureate Campus in Tulsa, OK seeks a Full-Time Behavioral Health Aide for night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am). Under supervision, you provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support behavioral health patients in a calm, respectful environment.

You will learn on the job, document observations, monitor hygiene and vital signs, assist in group activities, and help maintain a safe, confidential setting in collaboration with licensed staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
• Able and willing to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to work schedules and completes tasks as instructed by supervisor.
• Cooperates with staff to meet patient needs.
• Maintains warmth, respect, and dignity in interactions.
• Monitors patients' hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
• Documents vital signs, weight, and location as required.
• Assists with group therapy and patient admissions/orientation.
