Monarch Healthcare in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead nursing care and supervise paraprofessionals within the Behavioral Health Division. The RN will implement treatment plans and ensure high quality care in a crisis-focused setting.

The role requires a Nursing Associates degree and RN licensure, with at least 1 year of crisis management experience. Expect 37.5 weekly hours, night shifts (Fri–Sun, 7pm–7am) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure by the State Board of Nursing required.
• Experience in crisis management setting or service for 1 year is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and document individuals’ admission readiness, functioning health status and medical history.
• Educate individuals on mental illness and substance use disorders; contribute to treatment and crisis plans.
• Monitor safety and health; coordinate appropriate level of care and referrals as needed.
• Administer medications, monitor responses and vital signs per policy and protocol.
• Participate in meetings, maintain required certifications and comply with all policies and regulations.
