Job summary

You will deliver direct and indirect care in a behavioral health setting, coordinate treatment plans, and support safe, recovery-focused care within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice or Compact State.
• BLS certification required; CPI/HWC certification per policy.
• ACLS preferred.
• Six months of RN experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Behavioral health experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric assessments and formulate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient condition and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Administer medications including psychotropics as prescribed.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and therapeutic routines.
• Participate in group, family, or individual therapy sessions.
• Provide education to patient and family about treatment plans and medications.
