Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide staff, and ensure program compliance across Arizona. You will train, schedule, verify competencies, and provide direct service as needed, while representing the agency with partners and funders.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License and good standing; 39-month MVR clear for Housing program staff.
• BHT certification per A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI policies; fingerprint clearance preferred; peer certification optional.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and provide guidance to assigned staff.
• Train staff, schedule shifts, verify skills/knowledge, ensure policy adherence.
• Provide direct service as needed and participate in staffing/shadowing for QA.
• Coordinate with community partners and assist with funder meetings when required.
• Ensure HMIS data quality; manage daily staffing emails, service transactions, and case notes.
