Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Program Supervisor BHT to lead daily program operations and staff, ensuring quality service and compliance with policies. You’ll train staff, schedule, verify knowledge, and provide direct service as needed.

You will coordinate with partners, participate in meetings with funders, and maintain HMIS data quality and reporting. A background in behavioral health and relevant certifications are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health required.
• Minimum 6 months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• AZ Driver’s License valid for Housing program staff.
• Clear 39-month MVR required for Housing program staff.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Peer Certification (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the program and staff.
• Provide training, scheduling, and knowledge verification.
• Ensure staff adherence to agency policy and procedures.
• Provide direct services as needed and participate in QA through shadowing.
• Coordinate with community partners and funders as required.
• Ensure HMIS data quality and accurate documentation.
