Job summary

UPMC Hamot is seeking an Experienced Full-Time Sr. Professional Staff Nurse, BSN for the General Surgery Operating Room. The role covers night shifts, weekends, and on-call, with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts and a $2.00 night shift differential for eligible participants.

External candidates may qualify for a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Prior OR nursing experience is highly preferred as you join a collaborative team of world-class surgeons and anesthesiologists, supporting a high-acuity surgical

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• BSN degree required or preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Ability to lead and mentor the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate safe, compassionate nursing care.
