Job summary

Moldtech is seeking a Production Associate Level 1 to operate machines and manage equipment on the night shift. The position runs Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, in our Buffalo-area production facility.

You will produce parts to specifications, measure with calipers/gauges, and keep logs of output while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and following all procedures. Training is available to expand technical knowledge and cross-train on other presses.

Qualifications

• Follows SOPs with minimal supervision.
• Recognizes mold/machine issues and escalates when needed.
• Understands rubber types and curing properties.
• Uses calipers and gauges for measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operates and manages machines on the Moldtech parts production line.
• Produces the required quantity within specs and tolerances.
• Measures parts using precision tools to ensure quality.
• Maintains logs/records of units produced and errors.
• Inspects equipment before use and makes basic adjustments.
• Keeps a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
