Job summary

Plastipak Packaging, Inc. in Keasbey, NJ is seeking a Production Technician for night shift to operate extrusion and blow-molding equipment in a clean, climate-controlled facility with a strong safety culture and ongoing career growth opportunities.

You will monitor equipment, adjust heat, water cooling temperatures and pressures, troubleshoot issues, perform basic preventative maintenance and quality checks to ensure bottles meet weight, dimension and specification targets for leading consumer

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve equipment issues.
• Strong attention to quality and process specifications.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical basics.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion and blow-molding equipment in a climate-controlled facility.
• Monitor and adjust settings (heat, cooling, pressures) to produce quality containers.
• Troubleshoot, perform basic preventative maintenance and conduct quality checks.
