Job summary

Greene Resources in Durham, NC is seeking Production Workers to join a growing team in a cleanroom manufacturing setting. This role offers hands-on opportunities in assembly, fabrication, and testing, with training provided to operate production equipment and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, follow detailed instructions, and wear PPE. A 2-2-3 rotating schedule from 7:00pm to 7:00am and a commitment to reliable attendance are essential

Qualifications

Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
Must wear PPE, including a lightweight cleanroom suit, eye protection, and gloves.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, and move for up to 11 hours.
Comfortable working in cleanroom or manufacturing environments, including dirty or dusty areas depending on the department.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work the 12-hour rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on production work, including basic assembly, fabrication, and testing.
Operate equipment and tools used during the production process.
Help set up and organize workstations.
Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
