Job summary

Greene Resources in Durham, NC is seeking Production Workers to join a growing team in a cleanroom manufacturing setting. This role offers hands-on opportunities in assembly, fabrication, and testing, with training provided to operate production equipment and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, follow detailed instructions, and wear PPE. A 2-2-3 rotating schedule from 7:00pm to 7:00am and a commitment to reliable attendance are essential

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
• Must wear PPE, including a lightweight cleanroom suit, eye protection, and gloves.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and move for up to 11 hours.
• Comfortable working in cleanroom or manufacturing environments, including dirty or dusty areas depending on the department.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work the 12-hour rotating schedule.
