Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0.5–2 years related experience or PBS requirements completed.
• Applicable industry certification preferred.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures to manufacture products according to specs, schedules, cost, and quality standards.
• Operates machines and production equipment safely and per instructions.
• Monitors output quality, discards or remanufactures faulty products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems to minimize rejects.
• Senior positions may act as team leader to meet targets.
