Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a manufacturing associate for a 3pm–11pm shift with potential overtime on Saturdays. The role focuses on following procedures to manufacture products to specifications, operating production equipment safely, and maintaining quality records.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience or PBS requirements. Lean tools experience and strong attention to detail are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience OR PBS requirements and assessment completed.
• Preferred: applicable industry certification.
• Experience with lean tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products according to specifications and schedules, meeting volume, cost, waste and quality targets.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely per instructions.
• Monitor product quality and identify non-conforming products for discard or rework.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance tracking.
