Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking workers for the night shift in Bowling Green, MO. The role involves performing production and assembly tasks, lifting up to 60 pounds, and operating presses and other large machinery. You will assemble parts with air tools and hand tools, and ensure cleanup of parts and finished models.

Responsibilities include teamwork, adherence to safety rules, and maintaining regular attendance. Prior factory experience is a plus; outdoor work or tool experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic arithmetic skills.
• Must be able to work efficiently and repetitively with hands and have physical strength, stamina and coordination to perform duties.
• Prior factory experience is a plus.
• Prior experience outdoors or with tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move materials and parts weighing up to 60 pounds as needed for production.
• Operate presses and other large machinery.
• Assemble parts using hand tools such as air guns, power drills and power screw drivers.
• Handle and manipulate sheet metal parts.
• Clean parts and finished models to remove oils and residues.
• Work in a team environment and maintain professional communication.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
