Job summary

True Manufacturing is hiring for a Night Shift Manufacturing Associate in Pacific, MO. The role includes assembling parts, operating presses and machinery, and handling sheet metal with power tools. You must be physically able to stand for long hours on a cement floor and lift up to 50 pounds.

You will follow safety rules, wear PPE, and work in a team. Previous factory experience is a plus; hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM, with potential OT. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand instructions.
• Must have basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks on parts and materials.
• Operate presses and other large machinery.
• Assemble parts using hand tools such as air guns and power drills.
• Move materials weighing up to 50 pounds and support lifting and bending as needed.
• Maintain clean parts and finished models and follow safety rules.
