Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking a Night Shift Manufacturing Associate in O'Fallon, MO to perform production and assembly on parts and materials. The role requires standing for long hours on a cement floor and lifting up to 60 pounds as needed for production.

You will operate presses and other large machinery and assemble parts with air guns, drills, and drivers. Candidates should be able to read instructions and show basic arithmetic skills, with physical strength and stamina for repetitive manual

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic arithmetic skills.
• Must be able to work efficiently and repetitively with hands and have physical strength, stamina and coordination to perform duties.
• Prior factory experience is a plus.
• Prior experience working outdoors or with tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly functions on parts and materials.
• Lift and move materials and parts weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Operate presses and other large machinery.
• Assemble parts using hand tools such as air guns, power drills and power screw drivers.
• Handle and manipulate sheet metal parts.
• Clean parts and finished models to remove oils and residues.
• Work in a team environment and maintain professional communication.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Move to any part of the plant where needed to maintain production.
• Perform other production duties as assigned and instructed by supervisor.
