Job summary

Maine Oxy is hiring for a Second Shift Production Supervisor in Auburn, ME. This full-time hourly role oversees nightly operations, ensures safety, quality, and productivity, and helps develop processes to maximize efficiency.

The position includes overtime and a steady work schedule with Monday–Friday shifts. Essential duties include managing the night shift, enforcing safety procedures, reviewing load lists, and supporting daily production meetings.

Qualifications

• Safety must be the first priority.
• Experience supervising people preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or other related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage night shift in production including reviews, disciplinary actions, and training.
• Commit to plant safety procedures.
• Help develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.
• Review and sign off on nightly load lists for all Class A Trucks.
• Assist with daily production meetings.
