Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Clear communication, training ability, and mechanical aptitude expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safety effort by personal example.
• Support plant-wide safety compliance to achieve 0 accidents.
• Assist contractors during major construction or maintenance.
• Identify high-risk safety/productivity issues and remedy them.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure product quality and consistency for customers.
• Provide tools, materials, and information needed for packaging.
• Enforce GMP compliance.
• Report environmental issues to supervisor and EHS manager for immediate correction.
