Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ demonstrated experience leading and directing a team in a production environment.
• MS Office - Excel, Word; SAP experience desired.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize successfully.
• College coursework in technical field is desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all rail receiving, commodity loadout, flake grain grinder production staff on the assigned shift.
• Schedule and coordinate work hours and duties; train regular and temporary employees.
• Collaborate with maintenance on facility issues and follow up on repairs.
• Oversee housekeeping programs for the work site and maintain safety practices.
• Coordinate logistics for receiving and loadout of products and schedule production with Dispatch, Trucking and Sales.
