The supervisor will guide staff, manage workflow, and coordinate with scheduling while maintaining thorough production reporting and SOP adherence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and direct all activities of personnel on the night-shift production floor.
• Ensure achievement of quality, production, productivity and safety goals for the department.
• Maintain accuracy and documentation of production reporting.
• Assist Scheduling in defining and maintaining workflow.
• Ensure adequate supply of materials for the shift.
• Oversee vacation planning and coverage; supervise training.
• Communicate effectively using paper and email; use PC and copier.
