Job summary

NPX ONE in Indianapolis seeks a Production Supervisor to safely manage Thermoforming, Padding, Reclaim, Extrusion and Lamination operations. You will oversee production control, inventory and quality targets, while coaching staff and coordinating schedules to meet demand.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 5+ years in manufacturing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Associate degree preferred. First Aid certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• Education/Work Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. 5+ years in manufacturing preferred.
• Language Ability: Basic English understanding required.
• Math Ability: Proficient mathematical skills.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to systematically work through problems and meet deadlines.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite.
• Travel Requirements: None.
• Other: Willing to become First Aid Certified.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working conditions across thermoforming, padding, reclaim, extrusion and lamination.
• Review attendance and manage timecards; coach and counsel staff per guidelines.
• Conduct performance reviews and establish department goals.
• Coordinate scheduling to balance finished goods inventory with demand.
• Train technicians and support problem-solving within the plant.
• Ensure compliance with plant policies and quality standards.
• Interact with other supervisors and engineering to resolve issues.
