Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ supervisory experience in a related environment (logistics / supply chain, dairy plant, food processing, manufacturing).
• 2 years’ experience in clerical-related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry) and computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Promotes a safe work environment by ensuring associates utilize proper safety equipment.
• Manages the daily operation of the production area by planning and establishing work schedules and assignments.
• Monitors and evaluates operations programs, processes, and practices for quality and effectiveness.
• Participates in new hire and ongoing associate training.
