Job summary
Walmart is seeking an Automation Supervisor for our Valdosta, GA operations, Monday–Friday night shift 10:30 pm–7:00 am. You will oversee daily automation system performance, coordinate maintenance, and lead a team of technicians to ensure safe, efficient production.
Responsibilities include programming and troubleshooting PLCs/robotic systems, reviewing process data, and implementing continuous improvement projects while adhering to Walmart's standards and safety policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional certification in engineering, technology, or related field.
- 1 year's experience in maintenance or related field.
- 2 years’ experience PLC/Robot Programming.
Responsibilities
- Program and troubleshoot automated control systems using PLCs, HMI, and SCADA.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on instruments and control panels.
- Train associates on operation and repair of automation equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and document work orders.
